Daybreak & Sunrise is a vibrant piece that glows and radiates light. It was created using a mix of vivid oranges and reds with inserts of blue sea bubbles and overlays of orange sand patterns, reeds and rocks. A Galway Hooker boat sails on the horizon. The piece is teeming with movement, enhanced by its creation in two pieces, arranged to form a wave across the centre. Suspended on glass and mounted in a wooden frame, Daybreak & Sunrise works best on a window sill to trap the light but is equally stunning on a wall.
