Looking for a Saturday activity that’s shaping up to be a total gem? Join me at Mara Amore for a two-hour creative dive into the world of fused glass. Whether you want to craft a quirky pet, a miniature monster, or a glass version of your best mate, this workshop is designed to let your imagination run wild.
The Workshop Experience
In this session, I balance instant gratification with the magic of the kiln. The workshop is split into two distinct parts:

Part 1: The Instant Masterpiece Using my stash of ready-made, colorful glass pebbles, you’ll design and assemble a fun, framed picture. The best part? You get to take this home with you on the day to hang on your wall immediately.

Part 2: The Kiln Creations Now it’s time to get technical. You’ll design and craft your very own custom glass pebbles from scratch. These will be tucked away into the kiln to be fired, where the heat works its magic to fuse them into smooth, glossy treasures.
Note: Your custom pebbles will be ready for collection a few days later, allowing you to continue the creativity at home and build an even larger glass portrait!
Skills & Safety
Never touched glass before? No worries. This workshop involves some basic glass cutting to get those shapes just right, but I will be right there to guide you every step of the way. From scoring to snapping, you’ll be handling glass like a pro in no time.
